First Weekend Away

How unnecessary it was to worry about going away with our little CotW. She's a great travel companion! Takes up lots of space in the car and doesn't allow anyone else to bring much packaging. But apart from that, she sticks to her normal routine of food every three hours, the occasional nappy change and a cry in the evening. Fairly predictable and perfectly possible to schedule travel arrangements around.

We didn't trek the Himalayas or went partying in Ibiza. But we had a lovely weekend in Oxfordshire, or the Cotswolds as the area likes to be referred to.

Stayed at the very comfortable Eynsham Hall, visited Blenheim Palace, had a great Sunday lunch in Woodstock and coffee and nursing stop in the cute little town that is Burford (the church is well worth a visit!).
